A gaze, a change in a signal, a moment in a journey. At NeuroLab we connect instruments and questions to study consumer responses.

Tools and method

Each question
has its own reading.

Eye-trackingWhat draws the gaze

Paths, fixations and areas of interest help study how an asset or experience is explored. Interpretation is tied to the task and exposure time.

EEGHow the signal changes

Electrical activity is recorded at the scalp. Frequency and distribution views support review; interpretation requires quality control and a protocol.

GSRChanges in arousal

Skin conductance provides a physiological arousal signal. It is synchronised with the stimulus and compared with other observations; it does not identify an emotion on its own.

ExpressionsThe visible response

Expression analysis provides observations of facial changes during an experience, within the study conditions and limitations.

Implicit associationsWhat a brand evokes

Structured tasks explore associations between brands, concepts and attributes. Reporting explains what was compared and how it was interpreted.
