The challenge

The brief asked to drive property sales while educating buyers and building credibility.

The key message was sector expertise with personal support through every purchase or rental. The audience: people looking for properties across price ranges in Santo Domingo and Santiago.

Each project needed its own material —posts, carousels, brochure, billboards, reels— and the desired action was clear: get prospects to leave their contact details.

How we approached it

A production system per project, ordered by the client's sales priorities.

  1. Brief. Goals, message, audience, formats, platforms and frequency defined in writing.
  2. Naming. Name exploration for the brand and its projects.
  3. Material per project. Brochures, renders and copy for developments such as Cana Breaks, Corina X, Gardeno, Sand Residences, Zentro and Town House Santiago.
  4. Outdoor. 3.60 × 2.44 m billboards for projects on sale.
  5. Content and video. Posts, carousels and videos for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X.

Names before images

Naming work explored how to name the brand and its projects before designing them.

Living where others vacation

Content presents each project with its location, amenities and delivery date, and always closes with a call to get in touch.
