Pasiphae Bakery

Understanding the business. Shaping its expression.

Business strategy, a proposed visual system and packaging explorations for a premium boutique bakery.

The challenge

Pasiphae grew from a digital venture into its own shop, and its brand had to keep up with that step.

The brand was born in 2021 by sharing its creations online, consolidated inside the family bakery and in 2025 opened its own shop as a premium boutique bakery. Its vision is to become a benchmark, with strategic expansion and a presence in events and corporate partnerships.

That growth called for connecting commercial decisions with a coherent brand direction, starting from the existing logo and its motto: Every detail matters.

How we approached it

Understand the business before designing the piece.

  1. Diagnosis. A review of the business, its channels and the market.
  2. Priorities. Criteria to rank opportunities and a proposed 90-day plan.
  3. Visual system. Palette, type hierarchy, illustrations and layouts built on the existing logo.
  4. Packaging. Box explorations: exterior, interior, message and the relationship between formats.

The business before the design

A business assessment, a review of channels and market, and a proposed 90-day plan set the decisions before any design.

The system, on screen

Profile, posts, carousels and stories show the system applied. They are explorations, not published campaigns.
