The challenge

Mazara Abogados offers end-to-end legal services, but its digital communication did not match that level.

At the first meeting, in July 2025, the inventory was clear: website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube were at different levels of upkeep, and the team itself flagged the website, client acquisition and satisfaction follow-up as weak points.

The firm wanted to raise brand recognition, strengthen relationships with existing clients and reinforce the brand so it would not rest solely on its founding partner.

How we approached it

First listen to the firm; then organise its story and take it to its channels.

  1. Listening. A kick-off meeting to map services, client profile, digital and offline inventory, competitors and brand tone.
  2. Doctor Wallet. A brand assessment with an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  3. Institutional story. A review of the firm's philosophy and its previous communication plan to define what to say and to whom.
  4. Website. A presentation of the site's new structure and content.
  5. Content. Communication pieces for the firm's channels, aligned with its identity.

Diagnosis before communication

The Doctor Wallet assessment compared what the firm says about itself —a 360 service, fast response, personal attention— with what its channels and competitors show.

A site that explains the firm

The website presentation organises the firm, its practice areas and its team so a client quickly understands what Mazara does and how it works.

A legal voice across its channels

The content carries the firm's identity into its social channels in a sober, consistent tone.
